These drawings represent the outcome of an internal exploration made in Kent’s attempt to locate socially, intellectually, and metaphysically.  They are a visual record of Kent’s many journeys into those depths of their own psyche which frighten, disturb, and excite the imagination all at once.  In seeking out, locating, and rendering these vulnerable, intimate mental moments on paper, Kent is able to control, manipulate, and reinterpret these powerful emotions that drive her work.
